Yes! We offer tiered pricing based on order volume. The more you order, the better the price per unit. Ask about our wholesale tiers when requesting a quote.
Absolutely! We offer sample packages so you can evaluate product quality before placing larger orders. Sample costs are credited toward your first wholesale order.
We accept Interac e-Transfer, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), wire transfer, and PayPal for business accounts. Net-30 terms available for established customers.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Canada. Our warehouse is located in Montreal, QC, ensuring fast delivery to Quebec and Ontario. We also ship to the rest of Canada via Canada Post and Purolator.
Quebec & Ontario: 2-3 business days. Rest of Canada: 5-7 business days. Express shipping options available at checkout.
Free shipping on orders over $500 within Quebec. Orders over $1,000 ship free Canada-wide. Otherwise, shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.
Yes! Local pickup is available from our Montreal warehouse. This saves on shipping costs and allows you to inspect products in person. Schedule a pickup time when placing your order.
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We're working on expanding to US customers in the future. Contact us for special international requests.

Our collection includes stainless steel, sterling silver (925), gold-plated brass, natural pearls, semi-precious stones, and hypoallergenic alloys. Material details are listed on each product page.
Yes, all our products comply with Canadian safety standards. We test for lead, nickel, and cadmium. Certification available upon request for retail compliance.
Yes! We provide high-resolution product images for all items. You're welcome to use these for your website, social media, and marketing materials.
We offer custom branding options for larger orders including custom tags, packaging, and in some cases, custom designs. Minimum order quantities apply. Contact us to discuss your needs.
We accept returns within 14 days for defective or damaged items. Products must be in original condition. Please note that wholesale orders are generally final sale—we recommend ordering samples first.
Account & Business
A business license is not required to place orders, but having one allows you to take advantage of our wholesale pricing and Net-30 payment terms. We work with both registered businesses and individual entrepreneurs.

We currently do not offer dropshipping services. We focus on wholesale to ensure our retail partners can maintain their margins and customer relationships.
Yes, all invoices include our GST/HST number. We can also provide documentation for input tax credits. Our GST number is available on every invoice.
